- Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture focused on scalability and efficiency.

- Oversee the migration strategy for legacy systems to ensure zero downtime and data integrity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic product management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations and defining long-term roadmaps.

- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and data-driven decision making.
