Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business growth goals.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and autonomous systems into core product lines.
- Architect scalable, high-performance cloud infrastructure capable of supporting next-gen workloads.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and driving R&D initiatives.
- Assess emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness) and recommend strategic adoption.
- Oversee security and compliance frameworks for future-proofing our data assets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering leadership, or R&D.
- Proven track record of leading AI/ML integration projects in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing fundamentals and future computing paradigms.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
