Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, IoT, and Quantum Computing.

- Oversee the pilot and implementation of emerging tech solutions within the organization.
- Develop and mentor a team of technical strategists and data scientists.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering long-term strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, cloud infrastructure, and blockchain technologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
