Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-5 year technology roadmap focused on 2026 readiness and beyond.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic Computing, Advanced Robotics) to identify strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development plans.
- Prototype and validate high-risk, high-reward technical concepts in sandbox environments.
- Advocate for ethical AI frameworks and sustainable engineering practices in all long-term planning.
- Monitor global tech trends to anticipate regulatory shifts and market disruptions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; or equivalent extensive experience in advanced technology research.
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, with a proven track record of strategic vision.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML paradigms, Quantum mechanics principles, or emerging computing architectures.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing large-scale R&D initiatives or innovation labs.
