Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and advanced Machine Learning models into core products.
- Pilot and assess emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge Computing, Web3) for feasibility.
- Architect scalable, secure, and resilient systems capable of handling future data loads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance for AI and automated systems.
- Identify market trends to maintain a competitive advantage in the evolving tech landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Architecture, or Strategic Technology.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformations in enterprise-scale environments.
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes.
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and data governance policies.
