Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing of core systems.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Readiness) to integrate into our existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic business goals into technical specifications.
- Oversee the implementation of next-generation user interfaces and backend systems.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct risk assessments and architectural reviews to mitigate technical debt.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic foresight and long-term technology planning.
- Expert knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
