Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for the 2026 product cycle.
- Lead research and development on emerging tech stacks, including AI-driven automation and quantum-ready architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, designers, and engineersâto translate futuristic concepts into deployable software.
- Prototype and validate high-risk, high-reward technologies in a sandbox environment.
- Mentote junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate vendor solutions for next-gen hardware and software integration.
- Present technical vision and progress to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends relevant to 2026, such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, or Blockchain scalability.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong proficiency in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex future tech to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masterâs or PhD preferred).
