- Mentor and guide senior engineering teams in adopting modern architectural patterns and DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and resilience across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
- Expert knowledge of modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and future tech trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
