Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, ensuring our infrastructure is future-proof for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) and integrate them into our core architecture.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and architecture standards.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures that support our next-gen product lines.
- Team Mentorship: Guide senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Oversight: Direct research initiatives focused on long-term technological horizons.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Futuristic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and preparing organizations for technological shifts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools (Enterprise Architect, Lucidchart) and version control systems.
