Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 product cycle, aligning with executive vision.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and ML engineers to develop proprietary AI algorithms.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced NLP) to identify competitive advantages.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI model deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and real-time performance.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric features.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Monitor industry trends to adjust the 2026 strategy in response to market shifts.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (5+ years of experience may substitute).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about 3-5 year horizons and long-term product viability.
