Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-Ready Infrastructure: Design system architectures that seamlessly integrate classical AI with quantum algorithms for superior processing power.
- Lead Technical Roadmaps: Define the technical vision for our 2026 release cycles, identifying emerging technologies and validating their feasibility.
- Optimize Neural Networks: Implement advanced optimization techniques to improve model latency and accuracy in real-time environments.
- Security & Compliance: Spearhead the implementation of zero-trust security protocols to protect proprietary data in decentralized systems.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or High-Performance Computing (HPC).
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, CUDA, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, large-scale engineering challenges with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
