Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the Horizon 2026 project, prioritizing high-impact innovations.
- Lead architectural decisions for scalable distributed systems and AI-driven infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and data scientists.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neural Interfaces) and assess their viability.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies into existing product ecosystems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in at least two of the following: Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, or Web3/Blockchain.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale software solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
