Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or related field with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic computing
- Experience securing $5M+ in government/venture innovation funding
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent patents
