Responsibilities

- Establish cross-functional innovation ecosystems bridging engineering, product, and commercial teams to accelerate technology adoption

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with proven track record of emerging technology implementation
- Expertise in at least three future-critical domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, biotech, or immersive technologies
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
