Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for emerging technologies with 5-year commercialization roadmaps
- Spearhead partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations in AI ethics and biotech integration
- Architect scalable systems for autonomous infrastructure solutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies for complex tech ecosystems
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Strong background in systems architecture and scalable design
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology foresight methodologies
