Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 3-5 year tech roadmaps for emerging domains
- Identify and prioritize disruptive technologies with transformative market potential
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis across quantum, AI, and biotech sectors
- Develop patentable innovation frameworks and proof-of-concept prototypes
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive ethical tech adoption frameworks aligned with UN SDGs
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with proven track record
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published research or patents in future-forward technologies
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Strong financial acumen for tech ROI modeling and venture alignment
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and futures forecasting
