Responsibilities
- Define and execute a long-term technology roadmap aligned with business goals for the 2026 era.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies, including AI, Web3, and spatial computing.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps.
- Mentor and coach a high-performing engineering team to foster innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance our technical stack.
- Present technical visions and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage project budgets and ensure timely delivery of high-quality prototypes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven track record of leading innovation and implementing cutting-edge technology in a production environment.
- Deep understanding of modern web technologies, cloud architecture, and distributed systems.
- Strong experience with machine learning models, AI integration, or similar futuristic technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, agile environment.
