Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the technical vision for 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Lead a high-performing team of researchers and engineers in developing generative AI models and predictive algorithms.
- Pilot the integration of quantum-ready infrastructure to prepare for the post-silicon era.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions to stay ahead of emerging technology trends.
- Define the roadmap for autonomous system deployment and safety compliance.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous innovation and radical candor.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from conception to launch.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and data governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
