Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for long-term technology integration, ensuring alignment with business goals and future market trends.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, high-performance systems capable of handling future demands.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and manage a team of engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Drive Innovation: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Agents) and prototype viable solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; experience with cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Future Tech Focus: Demonstrated interest or experience in AI/ML, Blockchain, or Web3 technologies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
