Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic roadmap and execution of 2026 technology initiatives.
- Evaluate, prototype, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum).
- Mentor and inspire high-performing engineering teams to achieve technical excellence.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define long-term product vision and business goals.
- Oversee R&D projects and manage Proof-of-Concept (PoC) development.
- Establish technical standards and best practices for the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and aligning them with business strategy.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments.
