Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Senior AI/LLM Architect to lead our team in defining the artificial intelligence landscape for the year 2026 and beyond. As a leader in the generative AI space, Nexus Future Systems is committed to pushing the boundaries of what is possible with Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
In this role, you will not just implement existing models; you will architect the next generation of AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and ethical deployment at a global scale.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable LLM inference pipelines optimized for high-throughput environments.
- Pioneer research into novel transformer architectures and attention mechanisms for 2026 standards.
- Lead the integration of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance model accuracy.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to fine-tune models on proprietary datasets.
- Define and enforce best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and model versioning.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in NLP, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale models in production environments.
- Deep understanding of GPU optimization, CUDA, and distributed computing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
