Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the technical vision and architectural strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver high-impact features.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum, AI Agents, AR/VR) and integrate them into our core systems.
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and governance frameworks to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in high-level languages (Python, Go, Rust) and modern frameworks.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with the principles of Quantum Computing and its potential applications in software architecture.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
