Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of futuristic software solutions aligned with the Project 2026 roadmap.
- Oversee the integration of cutting-edge AI and machine learning models into core infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding data scientists, UX designers, and product managersâto deliver high-impact products.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance standards are met across all deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive technical strategy.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing remote or hybrid teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
