- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research to identify competitive advantages
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members on tech evolution impacts
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and technology incubators
- Anticipate regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in launching AI, blockchain, or quantum solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience with patent analysis and IP strategy development
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 major tech ecosystem impacts
