Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies for 2026-2030 horizon
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and their market implications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and ROI tracking
- Represent Innovatech at global tech foresight conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or CTO-level experience
- Proven track record of scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry platforms
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
