Qualifications

- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech systems

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data analytics and strategic forecasting tools
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) preferred
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
