Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026 horizon) and develop strategic roadmaps for market integration
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present compelling vision narratives to executive stakeholders and investors
- Conduct market assessments and competitive analysis in future-tech verticals
- Build and mentor a team of innovation specialists
- Secure funding for experimental projects through grant applications and venture partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating and capitalizing on disruptive trends
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic tech implementations
