Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and integrating emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech interfaces)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts to mitigate risks and capitalize on disruptive opportunities
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent initiatives, and talent development programs
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused tech initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and global innovation communities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
