Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design scalable frameworks for integrating breakthrough tech into existing product ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and venture capital partners
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to nurture internal talent and ideas
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps with measurable business impact
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partnerships
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology forecasting or innovation leadership
