Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to model future market conditions and strategic pivots
- Champion innovation labs, managing end-to-end development of prototype solutions for emerging markets
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate foresight insights into 24-month roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation team of 8-10 specialists
- Publish industry thought leadership on future technologies and their societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
