Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3.0) and their commercial applications
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate futuristic tech into scalable solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/ML deployment and responsible tech governance
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, IoT, and emerging tech ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with C-suite presentation experience
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
