Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 2026+ technology strategy aligned with global market shifts and societal needs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI collaboration systems
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor geopolitical and ethical implications of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record launching patented innovations valued at $50M+
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience addressing Fortune 500 boards
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and system architecture principles
- Validated ability to manage $10M+ innovation budgets
