- Build and lead a dedicated innovation team of technical specialists

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen for technology ROI analysis and budget management
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTO, TOGAF)
