- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, and private foundations
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Leaders incubator program

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in quantum/AI commercialization (patents preferred)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent innovation credentials
- Executive presence with experience addressing global tech forums
