Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmap aligning with market disruption forecasts and revenue targets
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Labs' prototyping next-gen AI, AR, and biotech integrations
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing startups and academic research institutions
- Develop ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols for 2026 product launches
- Present future technology briefings to investors and board members with ROI projections
- Mentor internal 'Innovation Fellows' through our patent acceleration program
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and emerging regulations affecting 2026 deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ ARR impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on technology forecasting methods
- Expertise in blockchain architecture and decentralized governance models
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Top 1% percentile score on technology impact assessments (TIA certification)
