Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on 2026 goals, including AI integration, quantum readiness, and next-gen cloud infrastructure.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct rigorous research on emerging tech trends (e.g., Web3, AGI, Edge Computing) to forecast their potential business applications.
- Architecture Leadership: Oversee the technical architecture of high-stakes projects, ensuring scalability, security, and future-proofing.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment and investment.
- Team Development: Mentor a team of senior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select strategic technology partners and software vendors that align with our long-term vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, software architecture, or strategic technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a C-suite or Director-level role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and data science methodologies.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to look beyond current market trends and identify high-impact opportunities for the future.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in fast-paced environments.
