Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive tech solutions
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation funding through grant writing and venture partnerships
- Anticipate global tech policy shifts and advise on regulatory compliance strategies
- Establish industry-wide benchmarks for ethical AI and biotech implementation
- Present at premier tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.) as company thought leader
- Mentor junior innovators through our FutureTech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum projects from concept to commercialization
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, and CRISPR applications
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite and government entities
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, C++, etc.)
- Experience securing DoD/EU Horizon grants preferred
