- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position company as industry pioneer
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships for cutting-edge solutions
- Mentor junior strategists and build internal future-tech talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services (portfolio required)
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: Generative AI, Web3, autonomous systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business MBA preferred
- Certifications in strategic innovation (e.g., Strategyzer, Stanford d.school) a plus
