Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-36 month horizons
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and venture capital teams
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive/board communication experience
- Certifications in Strategic Innovation Management or Technology Foresight preferred
