Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI architectures for complex problem-solving
- Develop quantum machine learning algorithms to accelerate AI training by 1000x
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum processors with classical AI frameworks
- Research and prototype novel quantum neural network topologies
- Optimize quantum-AI workflows for cloud deployment across major hyperscalers

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in quantum hardware integration (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Experience leading technical teams in agile environments
- Strong background in complex system architecture and distributed computing
