Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with organizational vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology) and assess market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems integration
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and global research consortia
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and regulatory landscapes shaping future innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product development, or C-suite leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures beyond $100M valuation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience managing distributed teams across 3+ time zones
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercializations with global impact
