Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026+ product and service innovations
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present tech strategy to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future tech integration
- Develop KPIs to measure impact of tech initiatives on business growth
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products post-2020
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- C-level experience in Fortune 500 or scale-up tech environments
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Strong network with venture capital and tech innovation communities
