Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging technologies to define the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate high-level strategy into technical specifications.
- Pilot and evaluate new technologies through Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and prototypes.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with new tech integrations.
- Advocate for a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the organization.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical strategy with a focus on emerging tech.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Masterās preferred).
