- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum/AI/IoT
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present technology forecasts and disruption analyses to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive internal adoption of emerging technologies through change management programs
- Represent InnovateForward at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching successful tech products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., MIT Sloan, Stanford)
- Experience scaling global tech initiatives across 3+ continents
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
