You'll work in our state-of-the-art Austin hub, collaborating with quantum computing experts, AI researchers, and sustainable tech pioneers to build the future today.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry forecasts
- Lead ideation sessions for next-gen solutions in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Analyze market trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proof methodologies
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
