Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions through rapid experimentation cycles
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to co-create future standards
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members, securing executive buy-in and resource allocation
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory shifts, advising on compliance strategies for emerging domains
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and technology assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough products or services with market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, neurotech interfaces, or decentralized systems
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience influencing C-suite decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains (IEEE/ACM journals)
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Experience securing $5M+ budgets for experimental technology initiatives
