Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 3-year technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and technological disruptions to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility of future innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-backed ROI projections
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech startups for early access to innovations

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
