You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate future trends into actionable business strategies while maintaining a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving tech ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030) and develop strategic implementation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Present future-tech roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitive landscape and disruption vectors
- Define KPIs for future-tech initiatives and track ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least 3 future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and sustainable innovation
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
