Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and formulate strategic adoption frameworks
- Establish KPIs for technology ROI and innovation velocity metrics
- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ R&D budgets for future-focused initiatives
- Present strategic briefings to board members and industry consortiums
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem mapping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, bio-integration)
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience securing multi-million R&D budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
