Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for disruptive market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to market validation
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Author thought leadership on future tech trends and their business implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (AI, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology assessment (e.g., CFTE, CTP) preferred
